Fish do not know they are swimming in water.

In much the same way, we can become so accustomed to our own self-talk that we stop noticing how much it shapes our confidence, choices, relationships and everyday experience.

We will explore the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves, where they may have come from and whether they are still helping us.
